Philmac® End Cap – 63mm Yellow MDPE

A range of compression fittings for yellow MDPE gas service pipes ; for new installations or repair work. The fittings are tough, fully end load resistant, and corrosion free. ‘O’ ring displacement or loss during installation has been eliminated.

PHILMAC GAS is the first plastic single seal fitting that meets the test criteria stipulated by Transco and the technical advisory body,
Advantica. Successfully completed testing as determined by PL3.

PREN : 1555-3 : 1999.
Hydrostatic strength tests : 100 hrs, 160 hrs and 1000 hrs.
ISO 10838 – 1 : 2008 (E). Leak tightness with bending and pressure cycling.
Leak tightness with tensile testing.

All fittings are individually packed and supplied complete with fitting instructions and the relevant number of inserts.
