Puriton® MDPE barrier pipe is designed to deliver safe drinking water through redeveloped sites contaminated by previous industrial use. Conforms to BS 8588:2017. Polyethylene pressure pipe with an aluminium barrier layer and associated fittings for potable water supply in contaminated land (previously WIS 4-32-19 ‘Type A’).
To ensure that the barrier properties of the Puriton® system are maintained, Puriton® fittings must be used with Puriton® pipe.
